What’s Covered:

From the moment your piece arrives, we guarantee its quality and durability. If you experience any of the following due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it:

Breakage, faulty clasps, or mechanisms, Chains snapping, tarnishing or discoloration (beyond normal wear), scratches beyond surface-level wear.

Our Lifetime Warranty does not apply to:

Claims using previously submitted photos, lost or stolen items, intentional damage or third-party repairs, excessive wear and tear beyond normal use.

How to Submit a Claim:

Send a clear photo of the issue, your order number, and a short description to info@cmmnanomaly.com. Claims without a photo cannot be processed.

Our Right to Decline Claims:

To keep this guarantee fair, we reserve the right to decline claims that don’t meet our warranty criteria or are flagged as fraudulent.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the US will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
